Job Description

As a Procurement Manager at Work Dynamics, your role will involve overcoming procurement challenges and ensuring excellence in the procurement process. Working closely with the Procurement Manager, you will align with Central Procurement for the SAP account and develop procurement strategies for Facilities Management and Project Management Services. Managing supplier relationships, maintaining sourcing and contracting standards, and leading procurement service delivery in the India Account will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of the procurement service delivery in India Account - Provide strategic SCMP direction across functional areas and programs involving outsourcing and vendor management - Develop and present a formal procurement strategy for the account - Identify, source, and secure resources based on business requirements - Build relationships with stakeholder groups, engage in supplier communication, market evaluation exercises, and supplier management & governance - Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead annual savings programs - Implement continuous improvement programs with key suppliers and major buying groups - Develop an understanding of relevant supply markets and establish a supply base aligned with business goals - Implement best practice procurement strategies for expensed items and capitalized works - Foster a continuous learning, high-performance environment in the procurement team - Contribute to a collaborative culture with account leadership, peers, and client businesses - Manage RFPs/RFQs, negotiate pricing and terms with vendors, and oversee all AMC and price negotiations - Onboard new vendors, manage cost savings information, and stay updated on market trends - Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders, enhance procurement operations, and ensure compliance with JLL standard processes - Have knowledge of Indian labor statutory laws and process minimum wages revision on time Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in commerce/Management/MBA/Specialization in Supply Chain Management - Eight to ten years of experience in facilities management - Good written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication - Ability to work as part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor roles - Experience in initiating energy management programs for reducing utility costs,
