Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Receipt of plan from PPC.
Auto Purchase order through SAP, Check for price, delivery date, info terms etc.
Planning of Material against plan,
Co-ordination with Planning & Production division for daily production targets.
Actively participate in Greenco and sustainability related project.
Monitoring of supplier quality & coordinate with QA to drive improvements.
On time closure of QA OFI related to Supplier as well for product
Flow of purchase order to vendors as per Lead-time of materials
Visit to vendors to view the stock & readiness of material at vendor end against our requirement.
ISO / IMS compliance documentation
Vendor delivery performance monitoring & implementation of improvement actions.
Alternate Sourcing to meet increased demands
