Assistant Manager - Plant HR

As an HR Specialist in our company, your role will involve facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new factory and field staff. You will conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will handle the full and final settlement process for departing factory and field staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the exit process. Your responsibilities will also include administering leave encashment, bonus disbursement, and appraisal processes while managing the gratuity process in accordance with statutory requirements. Your duties will extend to staying updated on labor laws and regulations related to factory operations and implementing legal compliance in all HR activities. You will work closely with legal counsel to address any compliance issues and ensure adherence to contractual and consultant manpower compliances. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement programs tailored for factory staff to foster a positive work environment and encourage open communication. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in HR roles focusing on factory operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Being detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities will be advantageous. Please note that male candidates are preferred for this position, which is a full-time, permanent role.
