Job Title: Assistant Manager – Operations

Location: Thane

Reports To: Creative Operations Head

Experience: upto 3 years

Salary: 40,000/- to 50,000/-

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong understanding of image and video post-production workflows.

· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (basic).

· Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong visual and aesthetic sense.

· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

· Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Visual Arts, or related field.

· Upto 3 years of experience in post-production or studio operations, preferably within an agency or creative production environment.

· Prior experience managing teams or supervising production processes will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Image & Video Post-Production:

· Oversee daily operations.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure all outputs meet brand and client guidelines.

· Coordinate workflow allocation with project managers and team leads to meet delivery deadlines.

· Maintain production trackers, reports, and delivery logs.

Studio Coordination;

· Liaise between the production and post-production teams for seamless workflow handovers.

· Assist in shoot scheduling, asset tracking, and deliverable management.

· Ensure RAW files, shot lists, and references are accurately logged and transferred.

· Support creative and styling teams during shoots for smooth execution.

Client & Internal Communication:

· Acting as Single Point of Contact for clients

· Coordinate clients and internal teams on project updates, approvals & deliveries.

· Communicate client feedback effectively to the internal teams.

Participate in client review calls and operational discussions for workflow improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
