Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in daily workflow, task execution, and team coordination
  • Maintain smooth communication between the manager and team members
  • Manage data, reports, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
  • Handle basic designing tasks using Canva and create simple presentation/visual materials
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT for writing, research, and productivity tasks
  • Conduct research work and present findings clearly
  • Support team productivity and ensure work is completed on time
  • Maintain records, track tasks, and ensure operational efficiency

Required Skills

  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Good typing speed and computer proficiency (Excel/Sheets mandatory)
  • Basic Canva and AI tools knowledge
  • Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage small teams
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
