Responsible for managing open tickets in CRM
Responsible for managing escalations efficiently
Proper coordination with field team to manage daily activity & escalation
Proper coordination with logistics team for spare ETA
Proper knowledge of excel to prepare & publish reports
Should have proper understanding of SLA, TAT & KRA
Must have smart way of working.
