Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead with 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead our ML and AI team. As the Manager of ML and AI, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of ML and AI strategies and initiatives. You will lead a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering innovation and delivering cutting-edge ML and AI solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus. 2. 10+ years of experience in ML and AI, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex ML and AI projects. 3. In-depth knowledge of ML and AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks. 4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, along with ML and AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). 5. The HR Manager – Operations will lead core HR operational functions including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance & payroll administration, HR compliance, performance management, and HR automation. The role requires excellent process ownership, attention to detail, and strong coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations and a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, induction, employee confirmation, internal transfers, exit & full-and-final settlement. Supervise attendance, leave & shift management , ensuring accurate tracking through HRMS and biometric systems. Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing , variable components, reimbursements, salary revisions & statutory deductions. Conduct payroll audits and reconcile attendance, overtime, leave encashment, and timesheet data for accurate payout. Maintain complete employee documentation and HRMS data integrity. Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and process standardization. Manage statutory compliance requirements: PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and support audits. Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution with a solution-driven approach. Drive company-wide performance management cycles, KRA/KPI alignment & appraisal coordination. Support resource planning, workforce forecasting, and manpower budgeting with department leaders. Manage employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention activities. Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, payroll reports, attrition metrics, and compliance MIS for management reviews. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for offer rollout, onboarding planning, and candidate experience. Required Skills & Qualifications MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree. 6–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Attendance & Payroll Management in IT domain. Hands-on experience with HRMS / Payroll systems and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws & statutory compliances. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management & people handling skills.
