Assistant Manager - Operations

An assistant manager supports senior management by overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include hiring and training employees, managing schedules and budgets, handling customer issues, and enforcing company policies. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising employees; delegating tasks; evaluating performance; and managing schedules.
• Daily operations: Ensuring the department or business runs smoothly by overseeing day-to-day activities and resolving issues as they arise.
• Customer service: Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints or concerns.
• Administrative tasks: Assisting with administrative duties, managing inventory, and helping with budgets and resource allocation.
• Leadership and communication: Essential for guiding teams, delegating tasks, and communicating effectively with both staff and customers.
• Problem-solving: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during shifts or with customers.
• Organizational skills: Needed for managing schedules, overseeing multiple tasks, and maintaining a structured work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
