Title-Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Job Location -Noida US Shift Core Banking Process Both Sides Cab Available including meal We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead and oversee the auto loan processing operations, including keying and funding functions. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in managing teams within the auto loan or financial services domain, with strong leadership capabilities and a client-centric approach. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, driving process improvement initiatives, and fostering high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead multiple teams responsible for end-to-end auto loan processing (keying and funding). Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring productivity, accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time targets are consistently achieved. Act as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders to manage escalations, operational reviews, and process governance. Coach and mentor Team Leaders and senior processors to develop future leadership and ensure talent engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and business continuity. Identify, lead, and execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to internal SLAs, regulatory compliance, risk controls, and client-specific process mandates. Analyze performance trends and provide data-driven insights to improve team outputs and overall business performance. Prepare and present detailed operational and client reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to internal leadership and clients. Manage resource planning, shift scheduling (including weekends), and ensure readiness to meet evolving business demands. Support leadership in implementing strategic initiatives, including automation projects and technology enhancements. Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and employee engagement across teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in managing teams within the auto loan processing or financial services sector. Strong understanding of auto loan processing workflows, including keying, funding, and client servicing. Proven ability to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and influence outcomes at senior stakeholder levels. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop teams. Experience with performance management, business reporting, and data analytics. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational reporting tools.
