Responsibilities: Your Role Assist in daily operations. Supervise service and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth coordination. Maintain top standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service. Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure satisfaction. Monitor inventory, cost control, and team schedules. Support staff training and motivate the team for high performance. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Passion for Goan cuisine and excellence in service.
