This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi for an Assistant Manager at our Multinational L&D Company. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities and contribute to the implementation of learning and development strategies. Responsibilities include supporting team performance, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, communicating effectively with stakeholders, organizing training programs, and managing logistics to ensure seamless execution. The Assistant Manager will also assist in measuring and analyzing the success of initiatives and help identify areas for continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and support a team
Excellent project management and organizational skills for overseeing timelines and deliverables
Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Knowledge of learning and development frameworks, employee engagement, and talent management practices
Ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and implement improvements
Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies is a plus
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
