Job Title:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for regional ABP of services Sales.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals for services.
• Follow up with customer and conversion in order.
• Attending service review meetings and maintaining a SFDC, Sales portal database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly after-market services targets.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for meeting the targets.
• Collaborating with spare sales & service team to align the actions
• Collect, analyze information and prepare data for better selling of services
• Maintaining customer connect and cross functional team interaction in case of complaints
• Imparting training to new dealer recruits and customer introductions
• Developing good business relations with customer and getting repeat business
• Administration & management of dealers
• Key account management
