About The Role
We are hiring an
Assistant Manager – International MICE Operations
to join our growing Meetings & Events team in Noida. The ideal candidate will lead and manage end-to-end international MICE projects while maintaining high standards of client servicing, vendor management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of international MICE events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative service.
- Negotiate with global vendors and DMCs for cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee a small team of executives, providing leadership and mentorship.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on MICE industry trends and apply innovative practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in international MICE or corporate event management.
- Deep knowledge of international travel logistics, group movements, and event coordination.
- Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
