Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Audit Pursuits Manager Were looking for professionals responsible for covering Audit bids across all sectors as part of the Winning Audit Rotation (WAR) Your key responsibilities

Primary role is to drive results for the account team and the firm.

Focusing on priority Audit pursuits and work closely with account teams on Audit rotation planning

Conduct rigorous planning and management and works with an account team to drive Audit pursuits across the clients organization.

This includes leveraging the Firms key initiatives and cross-functional services for new business opportunities within the account.

Accountable for revenue growth, higher win rates, market share enhancement, and quality assurance procedures for the account.

S/he will lead the entire pursuit and proposal process on their account. In the process, s/he will actively contribute to enhance the brand of the Business Development Community and E&Y in India. Experience

8-12 years experience in sales experience or bid management

Bachelors degree or above from a commercial or business-related discipline

Responsible for pursuit process executing the account strategies.

Work with business operations team to oversee the development of proposals and direct the account coordinators on their assigned accounts

Works with the Global Client Service Partner and participate throughout the Client and Engagement life cycle

Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word proficiency

Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

Bachelor of Arts in English Literature

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
