Assistant Manager - Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Liaise with creative, social and media agencies, and collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Translate internal marketing requests (especially from retail and sales teams) into clear design briefs and oversee the creative development process.
• Manage and optimize social media presence, online campaigns and digital performance metrics.
• Conduct market studies, monitor competitor activities and identify emerging trends to support strategic marketing decisions.
• Identify new opportunities for brand expansion, partnerships and customer engagement.
• Oversee photoshoots, video productions and other marketing assignments to ensure high-quality execution aligned with brand standards.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the food & beverage or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and campaign analytics.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as required for projects, events and shoots.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM systems, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate business goals into compelling marketing initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
