About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development and Specification Sales, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, building enduring relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Designers and other Industry leaders. You would be responsible for curating customized solutions that reflect ILDL's commitment to innovation and excellence. Youll contribute to a customer-centric sales strategy, delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

Remuneration:

Your Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence: Drive business development for luxury architectural and decorative lighting segment.

Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with architects, interior designers, Lighting designers, contractors, PMCs and high-net-worth clients.

Tailored Solutions: Lead creation and conversion, manage project specifications and t delivery, and ensure seamless sales closures.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Brand Advocacy: Amplify brand presence through innovative social media strategies and targeted engagement.

Collaborative Growth: Support marketing campaigns, training sessions, and team objectives.

What You Bring:

Experience: 3-8 years in lighting or the architectural product segment.

Strong understanding of luxury market and client behaviour

Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Lighting Design preferred; MBA graduates from reputed institutes are a plus.

Sales Prowess: Proven expertise in presenting, demonstrating, and closing deals for premium products.

Technical Skills: A strong grasp of design and lighting technologies is preferable.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a flair for interpersonal engagement.

Mindset: Enthusiastic, confident, and driven to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Flexibility: Open to evening events and travel as needed.

Conveyance – Having personal conveyance is a must.
