Department - Human Resources Designation - Assistant Manager/ Manager Location:- Kanpur Experience- 5-10 Years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Training and Development: • Plans, organises, and facilitates, supplies for employee development and training events. • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment and identification program. • Develop training and development programs and objectives. • Deliver effective induction programs for the new staff within a defined time frame. • Creating and publishing monthly training calendars. • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. • Ensuring employees receive Compliance, Behavioral & functional required training. • Conducting training evaluation surveys. • Maintaining and Publishing the data and reports of the training on a monthly basis.
