Job Description

Performance Management Systems (PMS)

  • Independently manage the end-to-end performance management process, including setting objectives and evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify individual and departmental issues and recommend changes to senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain a two-way communication channel to gather employee feedback on performance practices.
  • Facilitate succession planning and ensure management participation in performance programs.

Training and Development

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create organizational training plans.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet current and future business needs.
  • Design in-house training materials and resources, and manage relationships with external training providers.
  • Manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Engagement Strategy & Program Development

  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create a continuous engagement roadmap.
