Role & responsibilities Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) Source potential candidates using online channels, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback Manage the recruitment database and maintain reports on hiring progress Conduct reference checks and negotiate salary with selected candidates Support onboarding processes in collaboration with the HR team Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation Canndidate Requirement: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience (4-8 years) as an HR Recruiter or similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent time management and organizational skills
