Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager- Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Manage GST compliance, return filing, ITC reconciliation, and handling of notices
• Oversee TDS/TCS deduction, deposit, return filing, and reconciliations
• Handle banking operations including fund management, reconciliations, LCs, and Bank Guarantees
• Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and statutory dues in a timely manner
• Assist in preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and related schedules
• Support tax audit, statutory audit, and compliance with Income Tax Act, GST, and Companies Act
• Prepare MIS reports; monitor expenses, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure internal controls, adherence to SOPs, and smooth coordination with auditors, bankers, and internal departments.

Qualification:

• B.Com / BBA + MBA (Finance) OR
• CA Dropout / CA Intermediate / CA Final / CMA (CWA)

Experience:

• 5–8 years, preferably with strong experience in a manufacturing firm
