Job Description – Assistant Manager / Manager (Accounts)

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts
Salary: ₹70,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 8–12 Years in Accounts (Rice / Agro / FMCG / Manufacturing industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts & finance function of the Rice Industry unit.
• Supervise accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, and Banking.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cost reports.
• Monitor and control expenses, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Lead a small team of accountants & billing staff for smooth operations.
• Implement ERP/Tally-based accounting systems for efficiency.
• Support management in decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) preferred.
• Experience: 8–12 years of proven accounting experience in Rice / Agro / Food / FMCG / Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST filings, and statutory compliance.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving & leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with management & external agencies.
