- Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing BPO sales strategies targeting
Malayalam-speaking regions.
- Manage a team of sales representatives handling calls in Malayalam.
- Monitor and improve the teams sales performance, including setting targets, reviewing KPIs,
and coaching.
- Handle escalations from Malayalam-speaking clients and resolve issues promptly and
professionally.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, conversion rates, and customer
feedback.
- Coordinate with operations, training, and quality teams to ensure smooth process delivery.
Help recruit, train, and retain Malayalam-speaking sales agents.
- Conduct regular team huddles, training, and feedback sessions in Malayalam when
required.
- Experience working with clients from Kerala or Malayalam-speaking customer segments.
- Understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of both inbound and outbound BPO sales models.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
