Key Responsibilities

• Minimize machine downtime through

  effective maintenance strategies

• Implement and monitor Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plans

  with a target of zero breakdown hours
• Drive

  energy cost optimization

  and

  continuous improvement projects

  to reduce production loss
• Ensure

  compliance with ISO/TS16949 & EMS14001 audits

  and internal quality standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop a

  high-potential maintenance team

  for succession planning
• Manage

  critical spares, breakdown trends, and utility failures

  to ensure operational continuity
• Implement

  modern maintenance tools, Poka-Yoke systems, and predictive maintenance techniques

• Conduct regular training and skill development programs

  to foster a

  safety-first culture

• Monitor maintenance KPIs, break-down trends, utility failures, and energy consumption

  , and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate closely with

  production, engineering, and other departments

  to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong

  leadership and team-building capabilities

• Expertise in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

  methodologies
• Knowledge of

  ISO & IATF 16949 standards
