Job Description


  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead or Manager with proven experience in managing mid sized teams 15 20 members within the Legal Process Management LPM domain
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in contract management concepts and demonstrate exceptional leadership operational and client management capabilities
  • This role requires a Pune based professional who is flexible with working hours to meet dynamic business needs

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage day to day operations of a legal process team
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements SLAs and quality standards
  • Drive process compliance audit readiness and knowledge management initiatives
  • Prepare and circulate operational reports daily weekly monthly using MS Office tools
  • Handle client feedback and escalations with timely root cause analysis and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery
  • Support training transition and transformation initiatives with a focus on technology enablement
  • Monitor and improve quality risk information security and process progression metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and contribute to growth strategies

  • Required Skills Qualifications
  • Strong legal aptitude with a solid understanding of contract management terminology and structure
  • Hands on experience in interpreting complex contracts excluding litigation or court practice
  • Proficient in legal summarization and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong decision making abilities and problem solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools Excel Pivot Tables Formulas PowerPoint Word Outlook
  • Effective team and client interfacing skills ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with project management concepts is a plus
  • Demonstrated flexibility to extend working hours based on business requirements
  • Outstanding people management and interpersonal skills
