Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join as Assistant Manager – Logistics. This role involves managing Pan-India logistics and inventory operations, leading a team, and ensuring timely and safe dispatch, delivery, and reverse pickup of equipment, materials, and consumables. The candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and senior management to drive operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Job Location: Andheri (Marol)

Experience: Minimum 6 Yrs in logistics and supply chain management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a logistics team, overseeing daily operations, workload distribution, and performance management.
  • Plan and execute Pan-India logistics operations, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining proper documentation and adhering to FIFO principles for dispatches.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch, delivery, and reverse pickups of materials and spare parts.
  • Collaborate with technical/engineering teams for the dispatch and return of equipment and technical materials.
  • Maintain accurate databases and log sheets for stock movements, transactions, and inventory management.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of consumables and essential materials across locations.
  • Assist in planning and execution of tours, conferences, and other operational events in coordination with senior management.
  • Support marketing and sales teams during new product launches, including dispatch of samples and marketing materials.
  • Implement operational best practices, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement in logistics and inventory management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be added advantage.
  • Prior experience in team management, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
