Job Description:

Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer (1 Offshore L3 )

Location: India (with overlap to US/PST hours)
Engagement Type: Contractor (via LatentView, supporting Adobe Security)

Role Overview
Adobe Security is seeking an Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer to design, automate, and secure our cloud-native environments. The role focuses on building and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform, and ensuring robust Kubernetes networking and security controls. You will enable secure data flows, protect sensitive workloads, and support security data platforms such as Caspian and Splunk.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
Develop and maintain Terraform modules for repeatable, secure deployments.
Automate provisioning of AWS services (VPCs, EC2, EKS, IAM, Security Groups, S3).
Ensure IaC templates enforce compliance, tagging, and security baselines.

AWS Cloud Engineering
Manage AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, routing tables, NAT/IGWs).
Configure secure access patterns (IAM policies, roles, cross-account access).
Optimize cloud resources for cost, scalability, and compliance.

Kubernetes & Container Security
Deploy and manage workloads on AWS EKS or other Kubernetes environments.
Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes networking (CNI plugins, ingress, service mesh).
Apply network policies, pod security standards, and RBAC.
Integrate observability (e.g., Prometheus, Fluentd/Fluent Bit, CloudWatch).

Networking & Security
Implement secure network architectures (firewall rules, VPN, service-to-service encryption).
Configure TLS, API gateways, load balancers, and secure endpoints.
Apply security best practices for containerized and cloud-native apps.
Support incident response by troubleshooting infrastructure/network issues.

Collaboration & Governance
Partner with data engineering and security platform teams to ensure reliable, secure data flows.
Support compliance requirements (audit logging, encryption in transit/at rest, retention).
Document infrastructure standards, network diagrams, and runbooks.

Desired Background
4–7 years as an Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Security Engineer.
Experience operating in large-scale enterprise or security-focused environments.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP) is a plus.
Nice-to-Have: Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and automation in AWS/Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
