Assistant Manager

As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: - Raising inspection notifications in the prescribed customer format based on operation planning and ensuring confirmation by end users/contractors for in-process and bought-out items - Ensuring all inspections are completed on time, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility for smooth inspection process and dispatch clearance - Coordinating seamlessly between operations team members such as TOP, Quality, Testing, Assembly, MRP, and CM concern person - Submitting quality documents for customer approval on priority and taking corrective actions if needed - Coordinating with customers, TPI agencies, and EPC contractors during and after inspection stages - Executing quality control activities on purchased components and ensuring availability of necessary documents as per purchase orders and project contract requirements - Monitoring and tracking inspection progress, taking necessary actions with clients and internal customers - Communicating and resolving inspection punch points promptly with colleagues and seniors - Resolving technical concerns raised by customers on technical documents during inspection - Escalating and following up with customers and internal departments in case of project or inspection stage delays - Reviewing and executing AOP & MOP for project execution - Participating in daily operation meetings and contributing to the inspection plan to achieve monthly targets - Maintaining good relationships with customers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders through professional interpersonal skills - Ensuring all necessary conditions are met for Inspection Release Note after positive final inspection - Obtaining inspection clearance/waiver from end clients/inspectors through good relations and reputation - Assuring customers of the excellence in quality, technology, and design of brand components and engineering - Managing non-conformity reports and punch lists effectively to prevent future occurrences - Introducing customers to internal customers and senior engineers to build trust and relationships - Offering documents, witnessing process inspections, and providing materials during final inspection to support various departments - Resolving discrepancies observed during inspection and submitting necessary documentation for dispatch clearance - Ensuring timely customer inspections and communicating with internal customers to reduce problems in documents and witness activities - Maintaining good interpersonal relations with customers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.,
