Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, support team supervision, and ensure organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include leading team members, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and collaborating with the management team to implement effective strategies. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will analyze sales data, manage team schedules, and monitor operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enhance customer experience
Analytical skills with experience in sales data interpretation and reporting
Passion for the fashion or luxury retail sector
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
Proficiency in relevant software tools, including inventory management systems and Excel
Prior experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred
