Job Description

Assistant Manager Business Development

Role & responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, etc.)
Pitch products/services to potential clients and convert leads into business
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings
Prepare and present proposals and business presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and delivery
Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
4-8 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales
Education:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Graduates with strong sales experience may also apply)
Industry Exposure:
Preferably from (Manufacturing / Logistics ).

Proven track record of
achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to
identify leads, convert prospects
, and build long-term relationships
Should be
self-motivated
, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
Comfortable with
field visits/client meetings
, if required
Immediate joiners

will be preferred
