Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and schedules to understand project scope.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations and finalize costing.
Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations and support the tender submission process.
Ensure all estimations adhere to company standards, budget guidelines, and timelines.
Generate new business leads and manage the entire sales cycle for HVAC projects.
Meet with clients, PMCs, consultants, and contractors to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the building services industry.
Support negotiation and finalization of contracts in line with company objectives.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the Bangalore region.
Front-end client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and execution teams for timely proposal delivery.
Provide technical support during project execution when required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Strong network with clients, PMCs, and consultants in the HVAC/building services domain.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (preferred).
