Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, workflows, and process gaps.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Conduct feasibility analysis, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and technical capabilities.

2.

Collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide recommendations on system improvements, customizations, and best practices.
Evaluate multiple solutions to recommend the most effective and efficient approach.

3.

Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Lead process reengineering initiatives and suggest strategies for optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

4.

Define and review test plans, test cases, and validation criteria aligned with business scenarios.
Participate in functional, integration, and regression testing cycles.
Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Conduct UAT sessions with end users and ensure all defects are logged, tracked, and closed within timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or QA Consultant in IT projects.
Minimum 3+ years experience in banking projects
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
