Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. 

The role involves handling employee onboarding and training, maintaining employee records, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Selection skills
• Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
• Experience in Onboarding and Training
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
