We have aspirations to grow quickly and people management will be a key pillar of growth for us. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll, benefits, and training. The HR Manager will also handle compliance with labour laws and regulations, develop and implement HR policies, and foster a positive work environment. Pay upto 9LPA. Timing 12-9, and first 2 saturday working. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Proficiency in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Experience in using HR software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in a similar role within the finance or accounting industry is a plus
