Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Sakleshpur. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in performance management, HR policies, and procedures development
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
