Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at our Mahuva location. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional tasks include conducting training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
