Job Title : Assistant Manager - HR

Experience:

Responsibilities

Employee Experience

Talent Acquisition, Coordinate new hire onboarding, induction sessions, welcome kits, and orientation timelines.
Support employee lifecycle touchpoints such as confirmation processes, joining formalities, and exit experience.
Address employee queries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high satisfaction.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Design, plan, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and programs (festivals, celebrations, team-building events, R&R programs).
Conduct regular employee interaction sessions, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms.
Support initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Manage internal communication campaigns related to engagement, culture, and HR updates.

HR Operations Support

Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
Support HR in implementing company policies, wellness initiatives, and grievance redressal processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect employee insights and improve engagement strategies.

Recognition & Feedback Programs

Manage reward & recognition programs (monthly/quarterly awards).
Track employee participation and gather feedback to improve engagement initiatives.
Prepare engagement reports, dashboards, and presentation summaries for HR leadership.
