Job Description: You will be responsible for attrition management, employee retention, and engagement. You will drive core HR programs such as PMP and compensation planning. Additionally, you will handle employee counseling and grievances. Your role will involve generating data and preparing report decks for various HR MIS including demographics report, attrition, and communication transfers. Moreover, you will be in charge of handling R&R activities on the floor, ensuring correct participation, fair selection, counseling, and championing the R&R philosophy.
