In terms of technical skills, proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email drafting, letter formats, and notice handling is required. You will be measured on various performance indicators including staff attrition rate management, timely recruitments and onboarding, audit compliance score related to HR, employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as a reduction in HR-related grievances.
