The Assistant Manager in L&D will manage end-to-end learning interventions for EY professionals, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global learning frameworks. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, program management, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Program ManagementDesign, deploy, and monitor learning programs across service lines. Ensure compliance with EY learning governance and quality standards. Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business leaders, HR, and global teams to identify skill gaps and learning needs. Act as a trusted advisor for learning solutions. Operational ExcellenceManage budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting for learning initiatives. Drive adoption of EY learning platforms and tools.
