Assist end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on blue-collar hiring
* Ensure positions are filled within the timeline
* Build relationships with manpower service providers
* Manage employee attendance, leave policies, & payroll coordination
Required Candidate profile
Should have experience in blue collar hiring
Should have good communication skills
willing to work in team
Experience in the logistics industry would be an added advantage.
