Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handling recruitments on wide range of skills-sets and positions.
  • Develop and implement the various HR strategies and policies across the branches
  • Involved in the gap analysis, employee talent management and manage the head counts as per the business needs.
  • Involved in the HR MIS
  • Ensure employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations
  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets

Key Skills

  • A seasoned and experienced professional in the HR field with strong ability of handling work force in a disciplined and organized environment.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory HR compliance
  • Hands on exposure in any HRIS tool
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and people management skills

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in HR (Regular) / Master degree in HR field will be an added advantage
  • 7-9 years
