Job Description

Role & responsibilities Define Job Description of all positions. Sourcing the manpower on roll/contractual as per requirement from Job portals like, Naukri. Selection, Induction, Orientation of all new appointments. Draft and issuing of all the letters to employees e.g. Appointment Letters, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letters. Circulars/notices meant for employees in consultation with Senior Management. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program Compensation & Benefits, Administration. Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities. Employee Relation, Grievance handling to maintain harmonious relations. Regular counseling of employees on unauthorized absenteeism & to review & suggest ways & means to arrest the attrition & implement retention tools. Initiate and implement Performance Management System in the organization in consultation with Senior Management. Maintain & Enhance A2Z Human Resource Planning, Evaluate Employees, Improve Employee Moral & relation and review and suggest improvement in existing Human Resource Policies, Program. Manpower Planning and to deal with Manpower Contactors to ensure required nos. of manpower as per production plan. General Administration i.e. Security, Housekeeping, horticulture, Monitoring of cctv footage, Scrap sale etc. Ensure Transfer of wages on or before 7th of every month. Follow up with contractor for identity card, ESIC TIC/Card, and opening of bank account. Supervision of security persons. Checking of contractor records.
