Assistant Manager- Maintenance

Responsibility: 1. Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of equipments. Buildings to include civil, electrical and water supplies in Bawal facility. 2. Managing all Electrical and Mechanical Machines, Preventive maintenance of Machines, Press machines, Shearing machines, Injection moulding machines, VMC, CNC & mechanical lathe and Tool room. 3. Preventive Maintenance of Lifts, DG Sets, Electrical Panel, water supply and firefighting equipment, compressors, UPS, Computers and Security Cameras etc. 4. AMC of Equipment - AC, Generators, Compressor, Computers & UPS, Fire-Fighting System, Security Access System, Security Cameras main gate. 5. Manage Contractors to carryout repairs. 6. Oversee security of the complex to include security Cameras and Guard Monitoring Systems. 7. Coordinate with Electrical team and Contractor. 8. Checking of utility Bills and follow up with Accounts for timely Payments. 9. Responsible for Maintaining Critical Spares. 10. Coordinate with Internal User For Any Shutdown. 11. Observe Diesel /Gas Consumption in DG. 12. Complete all maintenance formats/process as per ISO 9000 2015. 13. Automation of any production processes, if required.
