Assistant Manager- Maintenance

Your Contribution: - Responsible for machine shop maintenance at the shop floor. - Building good relations with shop floor workers. - Meeting targeted camshaft maintenance on a daily basis. Your Experience And Qualification: - Specialist in electrical maintenance of machine shop with hands-on experience in handling and managing shift maintenance. - Well-versed with CNC machines such as Horizontal and Vertical machining centers, CBN Grinding machines, Turning machine, Special purpose machines, Super finishing machines, Auto Loader Gantry, Inspection Equipment. - Proficient in Control Systems like Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Toyoda. - Experienced in Drives including Fanuc, Siemens, Rexroth, Indramat. - Knowledgeable in PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley. - Familiar with PLC programming, Data Handling, Program Upgradation, troubleshooting, MTTR, MTBF, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Time-based maintenance, spare parts sourcing, alternative parts development, spare parts cost reduction, Root Cause Analysis, and Why Why Analysis. - Skilled in safety systems implementation based on HIRA, LOTO, Risk and Hazard Analysis findings, and ISO Standards. - Ensuring preventive maintenance and performance evaluation of Utility Systems including Power distribution Panel - HT, LT, ACB, VCB, power transformers, Compressors, Diesel Generators, Forklift, Chiller unit, UPS. - Maintaining the centralized filtration system and monitoring/optimizing plant energy consumption. - Implementing 5's & TPM. - Qualification: BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - Experience: 8-10 years. - Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
