Assistant Manager- Global Strategic Alliances

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing Strategic Alliance plans to support the company's growth objectives. This includes negotiating partnership agreements with industry associations, institutional bodies, financial services providers, trade magazines, and associations of targeted countries. You will also be building and maintaining relationships with key partners, monitoring partnership performance, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Strategic Alliance plans - Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts - Build and maintain relationships with key partners - Monitor and analyze partnership performance - Identify opportunities for business leads - Develop marketing materials and pitches - Coordinate marketing and sales within Strategic Alliances portfolio - Collaborate across functions for successful partnership initiatives - Identify potential tech and fintech companies for alliances - Formulate launch plans and pitches for stakeholders - Draft and review MoUs and Letters of Engagement - Coordinate legal matters with stakeholders - Monitor and update on legal issues - Participate in interpretation of central bank circulars Qualifications Required: - Self-starter with a willingness to learn - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and analytical abilities - Ability to adapt to evolving business needs - Result-oriented with a focus on deadlines - Preferable understanding or experience in Trade & Trade Finance industry Additional Details: The company is seeking a candidate with a good understanding of Banking, especially Trade Finance.,
