Preparing division wise / Cost Center wise MIS on monthly basis consisting of budget Vs actual Vs corresponding previous year and analysing the variance. Preparing MIS on division wise / region wise profitability and analysing the variance. Analyzing Freight cost and preparing MIS on monthly basis. Preparing Yield & Capacity utilization for each Mfg. plant and their variance analysis. Maintain book of account of 2 subsidiaries.
