Job Purpose

To manage the new business / Customer/ Markets / Regions development and create new sales opportunities for IQF products in Exports

To achieve the business goals on Volume / Value / Customer Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

  • Facilitate Market Mapping, Business plan development, and implementation activities
  • Responsible for the sales in the designated Export Markets / Regions / Segments
  • Engage, Communicate, activate, and manage the Key customers / B2B /Traders / HoReCa channels to create RTM for Allana's range of products in the IQF range, working closely with the Sales team
  • Market Potential Analysis, forecasting, and action plans to meet the demand. Customer Analysis: Customer acquisition based on experience and relations with Customers
  • Help develop the Annual Sales Plan in support of business strategy and objectives.
  • Track Trade Execution from PI generation till payment receivables
  • Build additional revenue streams for specialty and value-added products across Key Regions based on experience
  • Oversee and analyze competitive activities through market connects / market research/ Export data as applicable across geographies.
  • Co-ordinate with other functions such as Production and Logistics as applicable, to execute the sales closures/dispatches, plant audits as per customer requirements
  • Participate and contribute to Review meetings for Products.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieving Business Results: Volume Value, Profit targets
  • Achieving New Markets/customer acquisition targets, Customer Depth within segments such as HoReCa / B2B globally and in Domestic markets as applicable
  • Achieve New product launch targets: for Specialty Products
  • Achieve Market share within the segment as applicable

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 4-8 years in sales of IQF / B2B Exports trade
  • Should have handled export markets - key accounts/ Trading /HoReCa channels
  • Knowledge of Frozen Food product category: Product and market know-how- for Exports
  • Key accounts handling/market access Customer contacts
  • Analytical ability to gauge the customer requirements, global Pricing, and competitive offerings
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office, particularly XL / PPT, and MIS report analysis
