Job Description: Workers’ Compensation Statistical Analyst
The Workers’ Compensation Statistical Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely preparation and submission of unit statistical reports to various rating bureaus in compliance with statutory guidelines. This includes gathering and verifying data from internal systems and rating bureau websites, resolving edits, and ensuring data quality standards are met to avoid fines and penalties. The role involves verifying experience mods, audited payroll data, and class codes, addressing inquiries from rating bureaus, and maintaining compliance with reporting rules and workflows. Analysts are expected to manage production volumes, maintain accurate documentation, and update internal databases and records for recurring reports.
