Job Description

Responsibilities Utilize Organization s resources effectively
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules Obtaining required acceptance/sign-off of project deliverables Assist in the defining of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and monitor progress Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Use and continually develop leadership skills Attend training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with relevant Stakeholders Expertise in managing Large programs, Product implementations & service delivery across multiple geographies Vast experience in managing projects (Fixed Price and T&M) in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies Provide inputs in bringing improvement in existing strategic initiatives Identify ideas to bring optimization on BUs expenses & submit initiatives Find techniques for effective Product Backlog management Collaborate with Product Owner to understand the vision for the software being built and the goals to be achieved Work closely with PO/BAs to help them create Product backlog using SMART techniques Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions Coach the team in agile practices emphasize on individuals & interactions over process & tools Prepare working agreements/ JIRA workflows/Team charter & publish with teams Define Scrum Teams DoD & DoR & revisit quarterly add process improvements Remove impediments to improve Team s work progress Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization Conduct SoS to share across project dependencies Execute new ideas to the Scrum to increase efficiency of value delivery Build cross-skill competencies with in team to minimize external team dependencies Prepare digital dashboard for scrum teams to view project progress Discuss team challenges with SMEs/PO to identify root cause & resolve Use organization implemented tools - JIRA/Rally/X-Ray/Visio/QC Prepare sprint capacity tracker/ Sprint end dashboard / burndown charts Measuring the results of Project through different metrics- Velocity chart/Sprint Burndown/Scope Change/ Defect trend/release burndown /Spillover trend / Impediment Tracker Enable organization s agile framework competences by identifying their future aspirations Contribute in Weekly/Monthly review meetings Build Influencing & communication skills Identifying a Scrum Team s gaps & conduct practices by focusing on Scrum Values Plan Scrum implementations within the organization Gain Certifications to enhance individuals competencies - CSM/PSM/SAFe/ACP Skills Technical Skills Proven working experience in project management, Agile, Waterfall Process design Meetings & Reviews, Reporting & Documentation Very well versed with tools and techniques for efficient agile project management and reporting Agilist Soft skills (Desired) Excellent written and verbal communication Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Leadership skills Self-Motivated and ability to drive a large group Education Requirements B TECH/MCA/MBA SCRUM Master/PMP/ITIL will be preferred Work Experience Requirements: 4 yrs 6 yrs of experience in managing projects, teams, Agile deliveries
