5-7 years HR experience with FMLA, FLA, Worker’s Compensation, benefits administration, and platforms Minimum 5 years payroll processing experience utilizing payroll and benefits providers like ADP, Paychex, etc Knowledge and understanding of federal and state employment law Must be able to always maintain confidentiality Experience of working in a multi-client environment a distinct plus Associates Degree, at minimum is required.
